Blue Rose Event Center does not reserve an Event Date and Event Time until Client has made a down payment of AT LEAST 25% event rental fee at time of signature of the contract. Full payment should be made no later than 30 days prior to the Event.

*ADDITIONAL THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300) SECURITY DEPOSIT IS TO BE DELIVERED NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT .

Your event WILL NOT be held without your SECURITY DEPOSIT being paid. Security Deposit will be refunded the following WEEK once the Proprietor is satisfied that the Facility was left in good condition after the event and no damage or loss occurred.
FAILURE TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO AN EVENT DATE WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION. ALL FUNDS RECEIVED WILL BE RETAINED.

*Bookings made within 30 DAYS of a requested date must pay in full.

Any cancellations are subject to 0% refund AND 175.00 MOVING DATE FEE.

White Rose & Red Rose Packages comes with gold Chavarri chairs, 12 Circle Tables and the use of all rectangle tables. Acrylic chairs are only for Blue Rose Package. Acrylic chairs are $5.00 each

For parties not wanting to use the last hour to clean up, we offer a cleaning service for $250.00

Extra time is $175.00 per hour if available and scheduled prior to the event.

Extra time scheduled for your Event the day of is $250.00 per hour

No smoking, cooking or Open flames.
Sparklers, pyrotechnics are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. (Chaffing Dish Burners Are Acceptable)

FIRECRACKERS, EXPLOSIVES IN THE FACILITY OR WITHIN A ONE BLOCK RADIUS OF THE FACILITY are STRICTLY PROHIBITED

THE USE OF ANY TYPE OF GRAFFITI, CONFETTI, GLITTER, SILLY STRING are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

THE USE OF ANY TYPE OF STAPLES, NAILS, PUSH PINS, THUMBTACKS OR SCREWS are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Free Event parking is located in the FRONT of the building in designated and marked parking spots. Parking DIRECTLY in the front of the VENUE is strictly prohibited. Cars left here will be towed at owners request. Room6Twelve is not responsible for damage or theft to vehicles.

Please note: postponements are considered cancellations. We are not responsible for weather, travel, or guest/attendee circumstances, etc. Cancellations must be made in writing or by person-to-person communication (no voicemail message).

IF FOR ANY REASON WE ARE UNABLE TO OPERATE DUE TO GOVERNMENT MANDATE (PARTICULARLY BUT NOT LIMITED TO COVID-19) POSTPONEMENT WITHIN 18 MONTHS OF THE EVENT WILL BE GRANTED AND NO CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WHATSOEVER
