    When you make a reservation with us or inquire about an event, we collect personal details such as:

    The information we collect is used to:

    • Confirm your event booking and reservations.

    • Process payments and deposits for event space rental.

    • Provide customer support and address any inquiries or concerns you may have.

    We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or as part of processing your reservation (e.g., payment processors).

    3. Payment Security

    To ensure your payment is secure, we use trusted third-party payment gateways. Your payment details are processed securely, and Blue Rose does not store sensitive payment information on our servers.

    • No, smoking, cooking, and open flames are prohibited. Chafing dish burners are the only exception.

    • No, sparklers and pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

    • No, firecrackers and explosives are strictly prohibited within the facility or within a one-block radius.

    • No, the use of graffiti, confetti, glitter, or silly string is strictly prohibited to maintain the venue’s condition.

    • No, these items are strictly prohibited to avoid damage to the venue.

    • Free parking is available in designated and marked spots at the front of the building.

    • No, parking directly in front of the venue is strictly prohibited, and cars left there will be towed at the owner’s expense.

    • No, Blue Rose Event Center is not responsible for any damage or theft to vehicles in the parking area.

  • Please be aware that postponements are treated as cancellations under our policy.

    We are not liable for factors such as weather conditions, travel delays, or any circumstances related to guests/attendees, including but not limited to personal emergencies.

    All cancellations must be communicated in writing or through direct, person-to-person contact. Voicemail messages will not be accepted as valid cancellation notices.

    If for any reason we are unable to proceed with the event due to a government mandate (including, but not limited to, situations like COVID-19), you will be allowed to reschedule your event within 18 months. During this period, no cancellation fee will be applied. However, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
